Undergraduate professional studies of Inspection and Personnel Management include two study programmes. Studies are divided into semesters and students are able to enrol elective courses at other institutions of higher education.
Study programmes are designed to provide bachelors with specific skills in Inspection and Personnel Management. Students choose between the two study programmes in the sixth semester by selecting two obligatory elective courses. Their choice depends on their preferences and their teachers' recommendations.
A student can earn at least 180 ECTS credits and obtain the bachelor's degree in Inspection and Personnel Management in Maritime Affairs.
Duration of studies: six semesters (three years) with an average annual load of 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System).
Upon completion of Undergraduate Studies of Inspection and Personnel Management, candidates are able to perform tasks of professional assistants in maritime management in inspection- or personnel-related activities. After completing undergraduate studies, a student is awarded a professional title: Professional Bachelor (baccalaureus/baccalaurea) Engineer of Inspection and Personnel Management (bacc.ing.admin.nav.).
